Report: Russia may offer $3 bln Eurobonds before end of March
MOSCOW, Mar 20 (PRIME) -- Russia may offer U.S. $3 billion Eurobonds before the end of March, Bloomberg reported Wednesday citing sources familiar with the plans.
One of the sources said the Russian Finance Ministry could offer Eurobonds denominated in dollars or euros already this week.
